Now Hiring: People and Culture Business Partner

Are you passionate about people and culture? We're seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a People and Culture Business Partner. In this role, you'll be the focal point for all people-related matters within your assigned portfolio areas, supporting our community across all People and Culture advisory and operational services.

Key Duties Include:

• Developing and reviewing people-related policies and procedures in alignment with legislative requirements and best practices.
• Addressing employee learning and development needs, including arranging training courses.
• Managing grievance processes and conducting investigations, implementing performance management processes, and providing support to line management.
• Facilitating effective communication across the community, external stakeholders, and Council personnel.
• Contributing to identifying and delivering developments and innovations to support the Council’s Regional Plan.
