The Opportunity This is a unique opportunity to become a pivotal member of the Infrastructure + Works directorate leadership team. Your success will be demonstrated through your credible leadership and ability to identify, initiate and implement change and improvement; champion our values and constructively partner with the Senior Leadership Team to operationalise Council’s strategic objectives. About You We’re looking for an energetic leader with a desire to create a culture of achievement, delivering on-time and on-budget quality outcomes for Council. You’ll be able to translate strategic direction into operational goals, building a shared sense of direction, clarifying the priorities for your team and inspiring their achievement. You’ll use your leadership experience to lead transformational programs, optimising organisational outcomes and leading to sustained cultural change.
