Strathbogie Shire Counicl is seeking a seasoned Communications & Engagement professional to act as the internal liaison for the organisation, ensuring cohesive, well-coordinated engagement efforts and to lead the development and implementation of engagement and communication plans for a range of projects and initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Communications or Engagement or extensive relevant experience.
  • Communications and engagement expertise including familiarity with the Institute of Public Participations Australasia engagement framework and principles of deliberative and participatory engagement.
  • High level management skills to ensure achievement of objectives despite conflicting pressures.
