Are you looking to make a positive difference in family’s lives and lead a dedicated team of MCH nurses?  We are seeking an experienced leader to coordinate the delivery of the City of Yarra’s MCH service.

The Coordinator Maternal and Child Health Services provides strategic leadership and oversees all aspects of MCH operations, with a particular focus on service collaboration and integration, and a team culture that promotes excellence and best practice. You will provide strong leadership to the MCH team, supporting and promoting positive culture, driving innovation and continuous improvement across the service. 

You are a highly experienced, qualified and caring MCH Nurse, with operational management of services and staff. Your background includes developing inclusive strategies, policies and programming to enhance outcomes and provide positive access for children and families, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander families, vulnerable families and those from culturally diverse backgrounds.  You have advanced understanding of the principles of integrated and innovative practice, along with sound budgeting, planning, communication and operational and leadership skills.
