We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our caring and supportive team. The role is 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday.

You may also work across the wider Customer Service area as required.

You need to thrive in an environment where you able to multi-task, anticipating everyone's needs - all with a smile on your face and a calm demeanour. You will ensure things get done and everything is on time as our teams work to tight legislative time frames. You will be a key part of the wider customer services team, focused on business improvement and ensuring our customers get the very best of service.

Though not essential, experience in call centre, cashiers or local government field is desirable; however your excellent IT literacy, attention to detail and ability to learn new systems quickly will ensure your success in this role.
