2 x BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT PROJECT OFFICERS (KINGAROY)



Maximum Term (up to 2 years) Full Time

Council is seeking Project Officers to play key roles in the Project Team formed for the effective delivery of Council's business and systems transformation project 'T2' and be primarily responsible for the mapping,  documentation, and ongoing review of Council's business processes, along with participation in the design, system configuration and testing elements. These roles will effectively contribute to all T2 projects through  business and systems analysis/configuration, testing, training, support, as well as leading and facilitating workshops with stakeholders at all levels.

The successful applicant will have demonstrated knowledge, understanding and proven experience within in a corporate environment, particularly with Local Government Regulatory and Compliance, a high level of communication and time management skills, as well as ability to develop and deliver effective end user training via a variety of training platforms.

MANDATORY:

  • Tertiary qualifications or significant proven experience in a relevant field (Business Analysis, ERP configuration, Business Administration)
  • Minimum requirement of a current C Class driver’s licence
