An exciting opportunity exists for a permanent full time Social Media Officer to join our Corporate, Governance and Financial Services Directorate in Moranbah. Reporting to the Manager Brand, Media and Communications, this position is responsible for the delivery of brand, marketing and communications programs to enhance the public profile of Isaac Regional Council through digital, design and social media functions. 

The successful candidate will have tertiary qualifications in a relevant field as well as a demonstrated understanding of social media and digital communications.  In addition, proven experience in photography and creating video content and knowledge of the Adobe Suite with a focus on Adobe Premier Pro, Indesign and Photoshop will also be highly regarded.

For this position we offer:

• Salary $72,843.44 - $77,136.82 per annum
• Nominally 72.5 hours per fortnight
• 5 weeks annual leave @ 17.5% loading (pro rata)
• 12% super in accordance with Council policy
