About the position We have an opportunity for high perfoming Cooks to join the team at Major Venues. You will be required to work within 3 venues across the Gold Coast, including the Gold Coast Sports and Leisure Centre, Coomera Indoor Sports Centre and Runaway Bay Indoor Sports Centre. The successful applicants will be required to work within our kiosks, with the opportunity to work within our café and catering kitchens. Working as part of a diverse team you will be working in our kiosks delivering a great experience to every customer. Your role is to work with the team to ensure high standards of food service, food safety and cleanliness are always maintained. You may be required to work unsupervised with an expectation to deliver consistent high quality meals to our Gold Coast community and event patrons. Demonstrated experience in busy hospitality environments is expected. What you bring to your new role You possess strong organisational skills and remain focused and calm during peak services times. You have experience in fast paced kitchens and demonstrate a positive attitude to your work. You take pride in your presentation and providing fantastic service and high-quality food. You're flexible with work hours and understand that weekend work, mornings and evenings are all part of the service we provide to the community.
