About the position:

Your day will see you assisting with and learning the ropes of all things in outdoor maintenance – career paths include civil construction, landscaping and plant operation.

These roles work an attractive 9 day fortnight, with every second Friday as a rostered day off, with 4pm daily finishes!

Tasks may include but not limited to:

• Road and footpath maintenance
• Parks and gardens maintenance
• Concreting and formwork
• Use of hand tools and plant machinery
• General duties as required.

All you need to apply is:

• Class C Driver's licence [minimum]
• White card
• Be physically fit
• A willingness to work hard and learn

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

A salary starting from $58,280 per annum or $29.49 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
