Social Support Project Officer

Warrnambool City Council is seeking a suitable candidate who will be responsible for supporting the Social Support Coordinator to develop, trial and evaluate a suite of activity programs for CHSP and HACC PYP eligible clients.

The role will involve reviewing existing social support activities and identify areas of improvement and gaps in service provision to meet community needs.
The successful applicant will have:

• Strong stakeholder engagement skills.

• Previous experience in developing, implementing and evaluating community programs.

• Sound knowledge of the aged/ disability/ community health sector including relevant policies and services,

• High level of communication skills and time management.
