Mackay Regional Council are seeking an Industrial Relations professional to join our passionate and energetic People and Culture team. About this opportunity: The Analyst Industrial Relations is responsible for providing quality industrial relations support to assist Council to meet its People and Culture objectives. Key responsibilities shall include, but not be limited to: Analyse and interpret relevant employment legislation and instruments including the relevant Awards, Certified Agreement and Industrial Relations Act. Engage in consultation with internal and external stakeholders, including unions, on industrial relations matters. In conjunction with internal stakeholders, participate in Organisational change processes and engage in consultation and communication with employees and unions.
