Central Highlands Regional Council is seeking an experienced administrator to join their dynamic and energetic Culture and Capability team on a fixed term basis. In this position, you will be supporting a busy team focused on providing training and development opportunities to the council’s workforce.

Reporting to the Senior Advisor Culture and Capability, you will assist the team to make a difference by:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Scheduling and coordinating training and development courses
  • Accurately maintaining employee records and databases
  • Ensuring compliance requirements are documented
  • Providing exceptional customer service delivery
