Things You’ll Do:

We are seeking Assessment Officers with various levels of experience for our busy Assessment Teams.

Our team is enthusiastic and dynamic, passionate about planning and committed to local government.

Entry level? You will receive terrific experience across a range of environmental and development challenges.

Seeking to grow into a more senior role / Major Development Assessment? You will be exposed to multi residential and commercial assessment, including those for determination by the Local Planning Panel, Sydney South Planning Panel and the Land and Environment Court

 The Fine Print:

  • Submit your application by addessing specific targeted questions and attach your resume and covering letter.

  • Interview date: Within 3 weeks after the closing date
  • Package: Entry level from $74,900 up to $101,800 gross p.a. + up to 10% allowance + 9.5% Super + Novated Lease Options if required (salary packages will be negotiated based on skills and experience). 
  • Hours of work: 35 hrs per week, 19 day month
