About the Role

This position is a fixed term, 12 month Maternity Leave contract.

Based at the Dalby Corporate Office, you will deliver recruitment services; assisting with remuneration and benefits; interpreting and implementing employment legislation; reporting; policies and procedures.

Reporting to the Human Resource Services Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide expert advice to business areas to support the recruitment and retention of top talent
  • Attract, develop, and retain talent to ensure that people with the right skills and motivations are in the right place at the right time to meet business needs
  • Coordinate the delivery of the Recruitment processes and employee related services

 

About you

The successful applicant will have:

  • The ability to maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks or the work environment.
  • The ability to adjust effectively to work with new work structures, processes, requirements or cultures.
  • Qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
