Expression of Interest – Senior Project Manager

The purpose of this expression of interest is to build a talent pipeline for emerging projects within the organisation. The Senior Project Manager’s prime responsibility is to ensure that their assigned project produces the required products within the specified tolerances of time, cost, quality, scope risk and benefits.

About the role

In this role, you will be accountable for delivering projects that are complex, typically involve multiple business units and have a high degree of criticality. In addition, develop a way to work effectively with Resource Managers to secure appropriate resources to deliver assigned projects, taking into account business needs and staff development opportunities.

Manage projects to agreed objectives, safety, quality and environmental requirements, timeframes, scope, manage project risks and realise agreed deliverables.

About you

A senior project manager will demonstrate the ability to work with regulators and stakeholder groups, internal and external. It is important that you have:

• Experience in solve complex problems with multiple interfaces as you will to integrate work across multiple disciplines.
• Minimum degree qualification in Engineering, Business Management, Finance, Commerce or other Program management related field.
• 5+ years’ experience and knowledge of project and change management principles, methodologies and tools
• Minimum 5 years’ proven, successful leadership of medium to large projects with a focus on teamwork, goals and priorities
