The Role

This is a pivotal role to inspire and work closely with the leadership team, to advise and take initiative to build a culture in line with our values. Building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders is crucial to the development of a collaborative, contemporary and connected organisation and as a valued peer in the industry.

Your passion and expertise in all aspects of People and Culture functions - human resource strategies, industrial relations, learning and development, attraction and retention and the end-to-end employee cycle, will be utilised. You will enthusiastically lead and manage a P&C team, meet all legislative obligations for compliance, timely manage industrial matters, develop a comprehensive L&D structure, create innovative and contemporary communication and cultural programs, and assist the organisation to deliver on the Community Strategic Plan.

You will have an engaging, positive and energetic style that enthuses our people, and in turn our organisation, as we enter the next phase of our trajectory. You are a creative leader for your team and take pride in developing and supporting their growth both personally and professionally. Your demonstrated capabilities to effectively manage and lead in a diverse and fast paced environment will be highly regarded. All roles have challenges, so we are seeking a person who tackles challenges head on and relies on your resilient and upbeat nature to make informed solution-based decisions within rapid timeframes.
