Do you have a passion for exceptional customer service? The position provides timely and efficient customer service and administrative support to the Development Assessment and Regulation team to facilitate smooth, responsive business operations within the team. The Portal Support Officer is responsible for the checking and timely processing of documentation and tasks via the NSW Planning Portal related to development and other applications. They provide a customer centric approach in all aspects of the end-to-end processing of applications and related enquiries, enhancing the overall customer experience during the approval process.
