The Opportunity As a Customer Experience Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that WSAC continues to deliver outstanding customer service. Reporting to the Business Engagement Coordinator, you'll lead and support our customer service and cafe team, fostering a customer-centric culture and implementing processes to enhance service efficiency.
