Are you ready to dive into an exciting role where you can make a splash in the Wangaratta community? Wangaratta Sports and Aquatic Centre (WSAC) is seeking a self-motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Duty Manager on a casual basis. As a Duty Manager, you'll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring smooth functioning, exceptional service, and unforgettable experiences for our valued members and patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities and events to ensure seamless operations.
  • Provide first aid and emergency response as needed.
  • Engage with patrons, educate them on our offerings, and foster meaningful connections.
  • Oversee plant room operations and maintain water chemistry.
  • Lead and supervise staff during shifts to uphold our high standards.

Qualifications Required:

  • First Aid certification.
  • Current Lifeguard Certificate, or willingness to obtain.
  • Background in event management highly desirable.
