About the role Do you want an engineering role where you can make a real difference on the ground? The Clarence Valley Council currently has a vacancy for an experienced Development Engineer or Development Engineering Officer in our Development Services section to deliver best-practice outcomes for our community, the environment and the development industry. Development Engineer with experience and/or drive to work across a range of engineering disciplines, you will provide professional advice across development applications, civil works and subdivisions, ensuring development is assessed and delivered to best-practice standards. The successful applicant will be outcomes-focused to contribute to the creation well-designed, sustainable and connected communities. Development Engineering Officer are you a recent graduate, or do you have relevant industry experience but no university qualification? We are also open to receiving applications from graduate level civil engineers (or similar qualification), as well as people with appropriate technical experience.
