The role

Are you an enthusiastic, highly experienced HR professional looking for new challenge?

Partnering with the organisation, you will have the capacity to influence outcomes and develop positive client relationships.

You will provide specialist advice and support to people managers and staff in relation to agreement interpretation, change management, restructures, workplace and employee industrial relations, conditions of employment, salary classifications and general HR matters.

This is a temporary parental leave backfill contract with flexible work options.

About You

We are looking for someone who will proactively support leaders to develop solutions and drive continuous improvement.  You will also thrive in a complex, ever changing, busy environment.

Your ability to think laterally and problem solve while being organised and prioritising a range of competing demands will be well regarded.

You will have a relevant qualification in human resources along with experience as a human resources practitioner at a senior level. Demonstrated HR/IR experience, particularly in the area of performance management is essential to your success in this role.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
