Injury Management Administration Officer - Part Time


Things We’ll Trust You With:

  • Being an administration wiz - providing support to the Safety and Wellbeing team using your highly developed administration skills.
  • Fostering effective working relationships with our business unit managers through the delivery of efficient administrative support and customer service.
  • Facilitating legislative and self insurance compliance; facilitate effective and transparent decision making; and protect and advance Council and the community’s interests.

Things You’ll Do:

  • Work as part of our highly skilled Injury Management and Workers Compensation team, building your skills as you work with our team
  • Complete injury and incident claim file management and correspondence ensuring compliance is met.
  • Assist with the development of return to work and injury management plans to support the sustainable return to work of employees.
  • Be solution focused – you will think outside the box, seeking creative ways to problem-solve and continuously improve processes and procedures.
  • Have strong planning skills with a proven ability to use resources in the most effective way.
  • Have emotional intelligence and a proven ability to work collaboratively and foster effective strategic relationships with people at all levels both internally and externally.
  • You have the demonstrated administration skills and experience required to perform the role successfully.
  • Use your proven ability to anticipate, implement and manage change within organisations.

  • Salary: $24,500 - $25,900 gross p.a based on part time hours plus 10% superannuation.
  • Hours of work: Permanent Part Time 14 hours per week. Flexible working arrangements available.
