About the Opportunity:

The permanent full-time role will involve providing contemporary and high quality operational human resource support and advice to managers and staff across all aspects of the employee lifecycle. This includes people management and human resource policy and procedures, staff engagement, industrial relations and manager and team capability development. 

Where you will be working:

Located in the beautiful Southern Highlands of NSW, 1.5 hours south-west of Sydney - Wingecarribee Shire Council is working to create and nurture a vibrant and diverse community in harmony with the urban, agricultural and natural environments of the region.

Our office is located in the CIVIC Centre at Moss Vale.   Wingecarribee Shire Council is a significant employer in the Southern Highlands with a large workforce and organisation offering a wide range of careers that collaborate to serve a community of just over 49,000 residents.
