An exciting opportunity to work in a leadership role at Blue Mountains City Council (BMCC).

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead asset management at BMCC, ensuring Council’s Assets are aligned with and capable of delivering the Community Strategic Plan.

The position leads BMCC’s Strategic Assets team and is responsible for:

• Driving asset management across Council ensuring a consistent approach to planning and processes.
• Developing and implementing the Asset Management Strategy and asset management continuous improvement.
• Overseeing council’s asset management governance framework. 

This position is for you if you:

• Have experience in strategy development and implementation.
• Have experience in leading, influencing and managing change.
• Are committed to continuous improvement and building strong partnerships with stakeholders.

Salary: commencing at $4417.75 gross per fortnight.
