To be successful in this role you will have a proven track record of leading a large Customer Service / Call centre team. You will have a demonstrated analytical, problem solving and numeric ability, combined with a keen eye for detail and excellent planning and organisation skills. To be considered for this position you will need to:

This position is located at Council's Grafton however, this may change should business needs identify other work locations to be more appropriate to deliver our services in the future.

A probation period applies to this position.
