2 Assistant Works Supervisors



(1 Permanent role & 1 Fixed Term role until June 2022)

We are looking for 2 motivated Assistant Works Supervisors to join our Works Team.  Working outdoors in the beautiful Eurobodalla you will be responsible for completing hands-on labouring activities on a range of construction tasks such as stormwater drainage, pathways, slabs and various road works, combined with supervisory responsibilities.

If you have demonstrated experience in construction work environments, and you have the ability to supervise work teams and assist in monitoring projects, this could be your next big opportunity.

To be successful in these roles you will require experience in the civil construction industry and show good leadership skills, the ability to assist in the control and monitoring of projects, basic understanding and experience in plant capabilities and outputs, and the willingness and ability to undertake physical labouring tasks. Sound interpersonal skills and developed computer literacy skills will also stand you in good stead.

These positions have regular starts and finishes on the job-site.

Total remuneration for the role is in the range $2,438.84 to $2,753.88 gross per fortnight consisting of:

  • $2,183.73 to $2,470.13 base salary,
  • $33.40 Adverse Working Conditions allowance, plus
  • $221.71 to $250.35 superannuation (at 10%)

Salary will be commensurate with the level of qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
