What you need to know...

• permanent full time -  70 hours per fortnight
• the salary range is between $76,614 - $103,035 per annum, plus superannuation, depending on qualifications and experience
• location - Grafton/Maclean (to be negotiated) 
• flexible work options for a healthy work/life balance
• access to leaseback vehicle

About the role

We are looking to expand our Building Services Team and have three current vacancies in the team, and are looking for Senior Building Surveyors and Building Surveyors. With an unprecedented residential construction boom in the Clarence Valley well and truly underway, we have added these positions to ensure we continue to provide quality customer-focused and professional building services to the industry and the community. Do you have qualifications in Building Surveying and are looking for your next career move to the beautiful Clarence Valley? Do you have a strong ability to build internal and external relationships and professional networks to promote collaboration? Whilst previous experience within the local council is desirable, it is not essential. Positions will be offered based on experience and accreditations and the work location within the Clarence Valley is negotiable.
