Things You’ll Do:
- Undertake the insurance and claims functions and processes to provide timely, accurate support and advice to stakeholders on the changing environment and emerging issues and opportunities.
- Use your well established experience in claims management to manage all day to day insurance claims in accordance with relevant legislation
- Support the facilitation of Council’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Business Continuity Plans
- Deliver a high level of professional customer service to all stakeholders
- Apply your strong communications skills to effectively deliver a high level of professional customer service
- You will showcase Council’s values in all that you do – Collaborate, Achieve, Respect, and Evolve.

- Salary Range: $67,900 - $71,900 gross p.a plus superannuation
- Hours of work: Permanent Full-time, 35 hours per week, option of 19 day month flexitime arrangement
