Plant Operator (Construction & Contracts)

This position is responsible for the operation and maintenance of truck and heavy plant for road construction and maintenance projects and for providing a high standard of operational and maintenance labouring skills throughout the Tablelands Region.

  • 1 FTE -  9 day working fortnight/76 hours per fortnight
  • A range of allowances
  • Attractive Superannuation  12% Council Contribution and 6% employee contribution
  • Personal Protective Equipment supplied
  • LGIA Level 5 (Stream B)  $51,080.97 (per annum), $1,964.65 (fortnightly)
  • Malanda location with the requirement to work at other bases as required
