About the role:
 
This exciting position coordinates and provides expertise for Operational Information Systems. The role is required to undertake data analysis, reporting analysis and user training to support field operators with Deliver Service Process to ensure regional compliance with regulatory requirements.
This role will require some travel within the region.
 
What the role will offer:
  • Coordinating the provision of expertise for Operational Information Systems, including SAP Plant Maintenance), Mobile Computing,  Operational Data Storage Outage Management and  Integrated Management Tool (IMT)
  • Monitors the integrity of data in Operational Information Systems including; monitoring performance indicators required for regulatory reporting ensuring timeliness, analysing reports to identify trends, and providing feedback on data quality
  • Coordinates/provides training for Regional staff in the use of mobile computing devices and field data capture in line with the Deliver Services Process
  • Analyses data in Operational Information Systems utilising central reporting tools and prepares reports to support field work, operational performance, regulatory compliance and regional and corporate audit activities.
  • Provides advice and guidance to Regional staff on data capture requirements of field work processes

Key skills and experience:

  • High level data analysis skills
  • Ability to interpret policy, procedures and industrial documents.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical data and detect anomalies.
  • Sound understanding of corporate information systems.
  • Able to positively participate as a member of a forward thinking team
  • Sound understanding of the process, business rules and guidelines
