Contract – 3 years
Salary Neg up to $150,000 TRP
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced project manager to join our Project Management Team predominately to lead in the delivery of Council’s Gore Hill – Stage 2 Leisure Facility project valued at $50M.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the end to end lifecycle of the project from business case development through design and construction to post delivery evaluation.
To be successful you will have degree qualifications in Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent together with have extensive experience in Project Design, Project Management, Construction Management and Contract Administration.
You will also have an understanding of planning and development legislation, requirements and approvals processes for complex, high value and State Significant projects.
