The role of Section Manager Transition is responsible for ensuring that all business and community stakeholders are prepared and supported to successfully adopt the new IT business solutions currently being developed.  You will be required to assist with the development and implementation of a structured change management approach that is aligned with change management and business readiness practices.


Key activities of this role include:

  • Overall responsibility for the Change Management structure, engagement and roll out process to effectively deliver exciting IT projects across the business;
  • Work closely with program and project delivery leads to ensure a disciplined and structured program delivery approach, aligned with change management and business readiness practices;
  • Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the success of the change program;
  • Coordinate the program view, including stakeholder engagement processes, change impacts, business readiness etc. This includes supervision and mentoring of the Business Readiness Team and Training Specialists;
  • Optimisation of business outcomes through strategic planning, control of budgets and timeframes.

Salary range of up to $124k per annum + superannuation is available to the right candidate.
