Talent Acquisition Officer


In this exciting role, you will collaborate closely with managers and senior leaders to deliver specialized support and services in talent acquisition.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Engaging stakeholders to understand their needs and align organizational direction, strategy, and action.
  • Collaborating with leaders to develop comprehensive Talent Acquisition plans and execute effective sourcing strategies.
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment procedures, ensuring data accuracy, quality reporting, and consistent candidate communication.
  • Leading intake meetings, conducting candidate reviews, and contributing to interview panels.
  • Establishing strategic pipelines and partnerships with relevant business and community services.

ABOUT YOU:

  • Proven experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes in high volume environments.
  • Expertise in identifying and attracting talent in competitive landscapes, managing high-volume recruitment with finesse.
  • Strong communication skills with stakeholders and candidates.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure, work autonomously, and adapt to evolving priorities.
