How you’ll make a difference

Our Transport Maintenance team are seeking to appoint a motivated individual to join the team as a Maintenance Worker Waterways.  This role works within a team that execute specialised duties related to the upkeep of the City's waterways. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance and inspections of tidal stormwater drainage systems.

  • Maintenance and construction of timber structures including dune fencing, access steps, jetties and pontoons.

  • Collection and disposal of debris.

  • Planting, pruning and/or removal of vegetation.

What you’ll bring

  • MR Class Drivers Licence Unrestricted (Mandatory)

  • General Construction Induction White Card (Mandatory)

  • RMDL Recreational Marine Drivers Licence (Mandatory)
