Expressions of Interest – Blackall Saleyards

You can register your interest in a potential casual position at the Blackall Saleyards by submitting a letter outlining your area of interest and expertise. 

You would be required to have experience in working with stock, particularly cattle, a good grasp of workplace health and safety responsibilities and the ability to work as part of a team whilst following instructions. Q-Fever vaccination would be highly regarded or being willing to be vaccinated against.

You will be contacted regarding any opportunity that may become available; however, you will not receive any feedback or updates if there is no suitable vacancy.

Your application will remain active until 30 June 2024. You will be required to reapply after that date to ensure Council is aware that you are still interested in any casual work at the Saleyards.
