Expressions of Interest – Works Department 

You can register your interest in a potential casual position with the Blackall and Tambo Works Department by submitting a letter outlining your area of interest and expertise. 

You would be required to have experience in general labouring, small plant operation, and a Construction Induction (White Card). Having a driver’s licence and machinery experience would be beneficial as well as having a good grasp of workplace health and safety responsibilities and the ability to work as part of a team. 

You will be contacted regarding any opportunity that may become available; however, you will not receive any feedback or updates if there is no suitable vacancy.

Your application will remain active until 30 June 2024. You will be required to reapply after that date to ensure Council is aware that you are still interested in any casual positions within our Works Department.
