Artspace Administration Officer

Artspace Mackay is looking for a new team member with a passion for delivering quality customer service to join their small team. The Artspace Administration Officer provides administrative and operational assistance to the Director of Artspace Mackay and other Artspace personnel. This position oversees the Gallery Shop and facilitates the Artspace Volunteer Program.

The successful candidate will have:

• Certificate III in Business Administration, Arts Administration, Volunteer Management or related field.
• QLD “C” Class Drivers Licence
• Experience providing quality customer service including the ability to communicate appropriately, both verbally and in writing.
• Experience providing effective administration support
• Sound ability in planning, scheduling and delivery of allocated tasks, along with the ability to effectively time manage and prioritise work tasks to meet corporate goals.
