About your new role

Libraries is excited to have available a position for a part time Library Team Leader. 
This key position is responsible for leading, developing and coaching individuals and capable teams to deliver exemplary library services and programs optimising customer and visitor experiences. They are responsible for leading the delivery of library and information services onsite to ensure the facilities and collections are vibrant, safe, welcoming, and inclusive spaces and drive the delivery of the City’s organisational plan outcomes.
 
Our Libraries are currently located below:
  • Northern Region - Helensvale, Runaway Bay, Ormeau & Upper Coomera
  • Central Region - Broadbeach, Nerang, Southport
  • Southern Region - Coolangatta, Burleigh Heads, Burleigh Waters, Elanora, Robina
This position will work 18 hours per week as described below, within the Central Region (predominantly at Southport).
 
Thursday  8.30am – 4:00pm 
Friday 9:00am – 1:00pm 
Saturday 8.30am – 4:00pm
 
Whilst these hours and location are currently described as above, Libraries reserves the right to change them at any time due to operational needs if required to do so.
