About the Role Our Street and Beach Services team seeks an energetic team player who has a strong customer service approach and communication skills to provide support to operational teams that undertake quality core services to the community. The successful candidate will support the Supervisors, staff of Street and Beach Service and Operations leaders, ensuring the team remains focused on customer service delivery/response, operational reporting requirements and staff training programs. The Service Support Officer will be directly responsible for maintaining high standards of service support and responding to the community, complaint management and customer service ensuring support is provided to operations leaders and teams. The role will be primarily focused on all aspects of request management and internal service support for the department to allow operational teams to focus on providing service outcomes to the highest standards for our community.
