Join us as an IoT Service Delivery Officer, where you'll drive innovation, solve complex problems, and deliver exceptional solutions to our internal stakeholders.  

About your new role

We're seeking a new team member join our Telecommunications and Network team as the IoT Service Delivery Officer. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of deploying and maintaining these solutions, collaborating closely with customers, addressing inquiries and incidents, and partnering with technical specialists to navigate our cloud IoT environment. Additionally, you'll be our go-to problem-solver, handling complex issues and maintaining strong vendor relationships.  

We're looking for people who have:

• Experience as an ICT solution analyst. 
• Experience supporting the operation of a LoRaWAN, or radio-based networks. 
• Experience problem solving ICT and IoT device issues. 
• Experience managing ICT projects. 
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience managing vendors and contracts. 
• A general understanding of the basic architecture of AWS solutions.
