The Opportunity This position is responsible for coordinating the operation of Council's facilities and 355 Management Committees, managing the bookings of community facilities. The position is responsible for administering the operation of the committees consisting of volunteers appointed and delegated to manage council facilities. The role's primary purpose is to facilitate the smooth operation and financial success of community facilities. This involves coordinating bookings, collaborating with management committees, promoting the facilities, and ensuring a positive user experience, all while adhering to legal and safety standards. It's a multifaceted role that plays a crucial part in the community's well-being and financial sustainability. Essential Criteria
