The Opportunity The Coordinator Governance is responsible for the development and implementation of Council's Governance framework seeking to achieve optimum outcomes for the organisation and to enable achievement of Council's strategic objectives. The position is responsible for promoting good governance, maintaining probity of Council's decision-making processes, and assisting with the implementation of Council's Policy, and Legislative Compliance Frameworks and ensuring awareness and currency of administration and governance practices and policies. This senior specialist role provides multi-functional advice to all departments and the Executive team and will work to continually review and implement improvements to Council's Governance framework.
