About the Role The Library Engagement and Experience Lead provides exceptional leadership to our Adult Programs, Children’s and Youth Services and Communications and Promotions Librarians. You will also lead the strategic development and delivery of activities and experiences that drive community participation and satisfaction across our library service. You will bring extensive knowledge and expertise to help shape our programs, services, spaces, and collections to reach the ambitious goals outlined in the Library Action Plan 2021-2026 and to exceed the expectations of our community. As an inspirational leader you will embed a human-centred culture of meaningful community engagement within our team to ensure the customer is at the heart of everything we do. You will be passionate about the community building potential of our libraries and will inspire our staff to take the service to the next level. Duties:
