The role

In this varied role, you will lead rates administration staff in the provision of accurate, efficient, timely and effective services, including preparing and processing documentation and reports associated with revenue in accordance with legislative requirements, policy and procedures.

You will ensure the provision of timely and accurate advice to internal and external customers in relation to rates and property records enquiries, referring to or escalating issues as appropriate.

This is a temporary, parental leave backfill position.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have knowledge and experience in accounting and/or rates administration, including team leadership experience in a financial services environment. A history of developing and implementing continuous improvements with systems, a strong customer service focus with excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

A satisfactory police records check is required for this position.
