Part Time Fixed Term Contract 12 Months An exciting opportunity is offered for someone looking for work life balance or a reduction in work hours to join our Infrastructure Team. This role is variable dependent on skills in the areas of civil design, project scoping, traffic and road safety matters, general municipal works and coordination of minor programs such as bridge inspections, bus shelters, crossovers, property and road reserve permits and street lighting programs. The suitable candidate should possess formal engineering qualifications or similar, with developed communication abilities and demonstrate sound problem solving and analytical skills, have knowledge and experience in municipal engineering. Previous experience in the use CAD systems is not essential but desirable. Located in the Administration building this position works closely with other Infrastructure teams and days of work would fit into a roster with other part time technical officers. The number of work days is negotiable for the right person. A salary in the range of $75,167 to $85,866 will be offered based on ability and experience.
