Team Leader - Nursery Operations

An exciting opportunity exists within the Parks and Space unit for a Team Leader – Nursery Operations to join their supportive and collaborative team. You will be responsible for the production and maintenance of all plant material as well as day to day supervision of all operational tasks and personnel within the nursery operation and the Greening Greater Bendigo team.

As the successful candidate you will have skills, knowledge and experience within the production nursery industry, with excellent specific and broad range knowledge on plants. You will also have the ability to operate as an effective team member with proven skills and experience in supervision of staff. The ability to program, prioritise and communicate work schedules and stock inventories and the ability to effectively maintain a safe and efficient worksite are essential for this role.  

If you hold a qualification and/or extensive experience in Nursery Operations or Intensive Horticulture, we welcome your application.
