An exciting opportunity exists within the Property Services unit for a Strategic Land Property Support Officer to join their team. In this newly created position, you will provide administrative support to Strategic Property Land Management Officers within the team, who assist with the managing, administering, maintaining and protecting Council’s extensive property portfolio. You will be the first point of contract for all strategic land property enquiries, and facilitate the documenting, resolving, co-ordinating and/or escalation of all enquiries. To be successful in this role you will have relevant administrative experience and the ability to plan, organise and manage time effectively. You will also be proficient in the use of computer software with the ability to learn new systems. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work cooperatively and positively in a sensitive and confidential environment are essential for this role. If you hold a certificate, qualification or knowledge and skills in property administration, legal property and planning administration or similar property administration related discipline, we welcome your application.
