Significant growth and development across the region have created the need for Council to provide innovative solutions, including the establishment of an adaptive and agile organisation structure, to ensure they meet the future needs of their community. In doing so, council has established a number of Executive Management positions to support both regional growth and organisational transformation. Reporting to the Director Operations the role of Executive Manager – Operations is responsible for delivering operations and works across the delivery plan for Parkes Shire Council. The role will see you establishing and implementing a range of complex projects that covers the vast majority of council assets and will see you leading diverse and seasonal teams to complete the program of works. The program of works for Parkes Shire Council is planned to significantly increase over the coming years and this role will play a key part in the development of council assets and deliver progress and value to the Parkes Shire Community. This is a permanent role and attracts an attractive remuneration package for the successful candidate.
