About the Opportunity An exciting role has become available for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic and innovative People and Culture team.
This position has both a strategic and operational focus with responsibility for HR and ER/IR services and initiatives. You will partner with our business units fostering strong relationships with your client group to deliver innovative solutions and effective outcomes for the organisation. This position is responsible for providing sound HR general and Award advice, and delivering functions to facilitate an equitable, efficient and effective workforce. You will work as part of an active and supportive team in the delivery of HR services including employment relations, workforce planning, change management, policies and systems, managing workplace performance and conduct, diversity, and supporting a respectful workplace culture. Through coaching and building HR capability, this role will promote genuine business partnerships with our people leaders, and as a functional expert you will provide best practice advice and guidance around processes.
