This role is responsible for supporting our families through the highest clinical standards, interventions and services. To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in Social Worker, Psychology or related field, an understanding of engagement, assessment and intervention with children and young families who have diverse needs, demonstrated relevant experience in family casework, especially assessment, review, counselling and direct practice of family intervention services and demonstrated knowledge and understanding of childhood development, and family life cycles, incorporating crisis and early intervention from strong theoretical frameworks.
